Hanno tutto dai casalinghi agli alimentari. Sono rimasto soddisfatto dalla pasta fresca ( gnocchi e tortellini ) che ordino spesso, meno dagli affettati freschi.

Unacceptable - Still have not received an order for fresh produce, including fresh meat and fruit, that was placed on the 28th already. In spite of inquiring, nothing has been resolved as yet! Inaccettabile - Non ho ancora ricevuto un ordine per prodotti freschi, che è già stato inserito il 28. Nonostante l'inchiesta, nulla è stato ancora risolto!EDIT/ MODIFICARE After some issues with the delivery, Cicalia had contacted the delivery company and sorted this out. Cicalia’s customer service has been outstanding, for Italian standards. The produce they send appears to be of high standard, since even though I waited for more than a week, almost everything was still in very good condition. This has been resolved. Dopo alcuni problemi con la consegna, Cicalia aveva contattato la società di consegna e risolto il problema. Il servizio clienti di Cicalia è stato eccezionale, per gli standard italiani. I prodotti che inviano sembrano essere di alto livello, poiché anche se ho aspettato più di una settimana, quasi tutto era ancora in ottime condizioni. Questo è stato risolto.
