Poor / Terribile - Edit - Improved
Unacceptable - Still have not received an order for fresh produce, including fresh meat and fruit, that was placed on the 28th already. In spite of inquiring, nothing has been resolved as yet! Nonostante l'inchiesta, nulla è stato ancora risolto!EDIT/ MODIFICARE After some issues with the delivery, Cicalia had contacted the delivery company and sorted this out. Cicalia’s customer service has been outstanding, for Italian standards. The produce they send appears to be of high standard, since even though I waited for more than a week, almost everything was still in very good condition. This has been resolved.
